This is a great complement to First Aid, as it has somewhat better organization and more in-depth explanations of key concepts. The best way to use it is probably to follow along all throughout your first two years, then focus more on First Aid during your intense Step1 study period, referring back to this when necessary. I highly recommend this, and the Kaplan Step1 Qbook, to supplement your study materials.
